This page concerns the Sawt Al Qabayel app — published by alqalam alisnaai Company For Technologies (Stilus Ingenium), CR 7054527390 — under its single identifier on both stores: sa.stilus.sawtalqabayel on Google Play and on the App Store.
How to Delete Your Account — Inside the App
- Open the Sawt Al Qabayel app and sign in with your mobile number.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm. Deletion runs immediately and your device is signed out.
If You No Longer Have the App
Email dev@stilus-ingenium.com from the address linked to your account — or state the mobile number you registered with — using the subject "Account deletion request". We verify ownership of the number, then delete within 30 days at most and confirm to you once done.
What Is Deleted
- Your name, mobile number, email, city and profile photo.
- Your provider profile if you are an artist or venue: stage name, description, work samples (photos and video), bank transfer details (IBAN).
- Your in-app chat messages.
- Your reviews and your notification device token (FCM).
- Verification documents you uploaded.
What Is Kept, and Why
- Booking and payment records — retained for the period Saudi law requires for financial and tax records (up to 10 years), decoupled from identifying details where possible. These records are never used for marketing.
- Security audit logs — an anonymized trail of sensitive operations, kept to protect the platform against fraud.
- Anything under an open dispute — kept until the dispute closes, then treated as above.
Your card details are not held by us at all — they never pass through our servers and are processed directly by the licensed payment gateway (Moyasar).
Timing
In-app deletion is immediate. An email request is completed within 30 days of identity verification. Data kept for legal reasons is deleted automatically once its statutory period ends.
Before You Delete
If you have a paid booking whose event has not yet taken place, complete it or request a refund first — deleting your account does not cancel a booking or trigger an automatic refund. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
